it’s a reference to a scene from family guy. someone (stewie i think) does something like scrape his leg. he starts breathing in through his teeth (sssssssss), then exhaling (aaaahhh) over and over. this is repeated as above several times.
oh, it’s also poking fun at faked soccer injuries.

In fact in quite was not funny. What it was was simply a lame trick to fill time/save money. Was insulting that they “animated” nearly one full minute of ssssssss aaaaaaaa & tried to pass it off as entertainment.
Dont get me started on the divers in futbol.
I agree that the gag ran on too long, but it was kind of funny. And I liked how it’s one of the many running gags on that show, from Lois to the Imperial Walker in the Empire Strikes Back parody.

if you understood American culture (and it’s obvious that you’re not American, based on the use of “futbol”…. although there’s nothing wrong with that), you’d appreciate it more. the point was that it was so repetitive, so time-consuming, and so obviously looped. more than likely, it’s 1) a jab at people who try to pass something like that as real cartooning, and 2) pointing out the need for attention that all humans have.
