Hate to look like a complete history/religion freak, but probably a more accurate caption would be “Shiva”. Same religion, but I believe that Vishnu had the same amount of arms as the regular human. Either that or he had six. Shiva was the one with four arms, in any case.

According to Wikipedia (as confirmation to a hazy memory), Vishnu has 4 arms (and is bright blue). Shiva is also 4-armed though
